Position: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Ramallah, Palestine

Qual.IT is a Ramallah based IT services outsourcing firm that covers mobile/web application
development and quality assurance. Qual.IT serves startups and small to medium size
businesses by providing an affordable, high quality service executed by top-tier Palestinian
engineers.

Job Summary

Qual.IT is seeking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), responsible for overseeing
operations, maintaining board relations, development, public relations, and institutional
planning.

Responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer will include:

- Leading and overseeing the successful implementation of Qual.IT’s Strategic Plan
- Creatively managing staff and resources
- Managing and regularly reviewing quarterly budget
- Prepare and present relevant reports to investors and clientele
- Represent Qual.IT inside and outside the country
- Build and maintain relations with Qual.IT’s network of supporters.
- Support and engage Qual.IT’s Board of Directors

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field; Master’s Degree or MBA
preferred
- Excellent management skills.
- 5+ years experience in managerial positions.
- Strong knowledge of the startup ecosystem in the region.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, highly organized
- Ability and willingness to travel on a semi-frequent basis
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Experience leading and working with a team under pressure and in challenging
environments
