We are seeking highly ambitious Spanish speaking Sales Representatives as we develop our South American Market.

Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is one of the largest construction and real-estate development companies in Palestine. Established in 2005, UCI has changed the culture of Palestine’s residential and commercial development and is now offering an outstanding opportunity for a bilingual Spanish/Arabic speaking sales representative for our market in South America.

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years sales experience.
-Fluent in Spanish and Arabic (written/oral).
-Excellent knowledge of the South American culture is a plus.
-Leadership and customer service skills.
-High work ethic and professional mannerisms.
-Excellent social networking and time management skills.
-University Degree
-Motivated by targets
-The drive and determination to succeed  in a challenging sales environment

Your Duties:
-Translate marketing material into Spanish.
-Create your own network of potential clients from a variety of sources.
-Complete on-site tours with prospective clients and answer clients" questions.
-Participate in promoting real estate sales at marketing and networking events in South America.
-Monitor progress of sales and preparation of periodic progress reports.
