2 Workshops Supervisors 

Sharikat Gargour Al-Tijariyyah the General Agents for Mercedes-Benz is currently seeking for 2 Workshops supervisors.

General

Work station: 1 in Ramallah & 1 in Beitsahour.
Deadline for receiving applications: 20/06/2021. 

Main responsibilities

• Follow up the service activities in passenger cars and commercial vehicles centers in cooperation with the workshop’s engineers.
• Follow up customers complains and ensure their satisfaction.
• Support the service manager in day-to-day operations.
• Support in taking the decisions related to workshops.
• Assess the quality of the work and staff.
• Prepare daily and periodically reports regarding the works in service centers.

Qualifications

• BA in engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Mechatronics) or related field is required.
• 8 years’ experience in supervising position in automotive service industry.
• Communication skills.
• Flexibility and working under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel.
• English language.
