Requirements:-

1-Some college experience

2-1+ year of experience in the customer service industry

3-Must possess excellent skills in addressing clients’ inquiries

via e-mail and telephone

4-strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6-Able to work both independently and in a team environment

7-Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business

environment

8- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

9-Must have good knowledge of IT

10-Excellent typing skills both Arabic – English

Executive Secretary – Position Code 0022

Requirements:-

1- 1+ years of experience in a similar position

2-Excellent command of English

3-Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and its applications

4-Ability to work under pressure and quick learner

5- Organized individual

6-Confident and secure

7-Excellent typing skills both Arabic – English
