Account Coordinator
Job Description
A company in Bethlehem is seeking qualified candidates for:
Account Coordinator (Marketing Department)
Key duties/responsibilities of Account coordinator:
1-Prepare Sales proposals.
2-Responsible for data entry into systems.
3-Performs other duties as assigned by management.
4-Work with Sales team and other departments to assist in the creation of client proposals, presentations, and Media Plans.
5-Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery.
6-Create internal Orders and Insertion Orders and adhere to defined business processes.
7-Responsible for taking ownership of customer inquiries and problems.
8-Interact with accounting department in regards to Client Credit and Billing requests/issues.
9-Responsible for solving problems for customers.
10-Responsible for end-to-end follow-up for customers.
11-Responsible for coordinating with the Operations Coordinators in the Area Operations Center to update status of shipments.
12-Collect creative from client, verify specifications and follow defined creative/Traffic process.
13-Provide Sales administrative/Account related support.
14-Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service possible.
Account coordinator job requirements include:
1-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
2-2+ years of experience in business field is a plus.
3-Experience as customer service function highly preferred.
4-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6-Strong internal customer service skills; ability to respond in a prompt efficient manner.
7-Windows-based applications knowledge and ability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); (Intermediate to Advanced knowledge level).
8-Ability to learn and apply knowledge of new programs quickly.
9-Ability to work as a team player.
