Accountant

The Palestine for Development Foundation (PsDF); Palestine Investment Fund (PIF) social Investment Subsidiary is seeking qualified professional for the position of Accountant at PIF Headquarter in Ramallah.

• Perform bookkeeping activities
• Updates and maintains general ledger accounts by keeping close track of accounts
• Process payments
• Carry out the month-end/year-end closing as instructed
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Facilitate internal & external financial audits as required
• Completes other accounting tasks as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records and following company guidelines and procedures
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Maintain proper filing of all documents and vouchers.
• Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure within the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Fresh graduate, up to 1-year experience
• Fluency in both English & Arabic language.
• Good knowledge in MS programs (Excel, word, etc..).
