Accountant

Islamic Relief (IR) is a humanitarian NGO working in Palestine since 1998. Islamic Relief helps the needy people without regard to creed, race, gender, or ethnicity. It works on achieving economic and social welfare through its joint development and emergency programmes with the local community. Islamic Relief announces the following vacancy for its offices in Gaza.

Title : Accountant

Location : Gaza Office
Duration : One year (Full time)

Main Duties : To be responsible forthe provision of a wide range of audit and accounting requirements,in a professional and efficient manner,reporting directly to the Head of Accounting Unit

Candidates must possess the following competencies :

1- A university degree in accounting
2- Minimum of three years of experience in working for an international NGO
3-Expereince of designing keeping and working with accurate computerized data and manual records and books is essentail
4-Working knowledge of Word,Excel,Outlook.
5-Fluency in English (written and spoken)
