Accounting & Finance Officer

Business Alliance HR is recruiting an Accounting & Finance Officer for a leading software development company, located in Ramallah, Palestine. 

1. Manage the company’s accounts (locally and in the USA and Europe).
2. Manage the account receivables and accounts payable.
3. Responsible for moving books to a new accounting system.
4. Collaborate with the technical team to automate the accounting process.
5. Manage VAT and Tax procedures.
6. Prepare the bank reconciliations.
7. Monitor the company spending and budgets.
8. Prepare and present financial and budget reports to company management and Board.
9. Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
10. Managing company cash flow statements to support company high growth goals.
11. Create and monitor KPIs reports based on financial data and operation data to maximize the company's growth effectiveness.

1. Fluency in English, spoken and written is a MUST.
2. Work experience with international companies and international NGOs.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and tax regulations.
4. Excellent numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
5. Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
7. Excellent knowledge of government and regulatory reporting requirements.
8. Advanced Excel knowledge.

Years of experience:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
