ACTED is a French humanitarian international NGO working in the West Bank and Gaza

Start date: ASAP Salary: 4300 NIS per month gross or depending on experience – Full time position.
Based in Gaza City, the Project Manager will bear the following main responsibilities:
Program Support:
-Successful implementation of a comprehensive early childhood development project and
rehabilitation of private kindergarten buildings
-Establish program work-plans and timelines
-Work with Gaza Area Coordinator to ensure projects are conducted according to pre-set workplans including coordination with Logistics, Finance, AME and Program Staff
-Effectively manage and oversee work of junior staff members and Cash for Work workers
- Prepare weekly reports outlining activities and problems
- Attend Gaza coordination meetings based in Gaza as needed e.g. Child Protection, Food,
Logistics and circulate minutes to relevant ACTED staff
-Maintain and update relevant ACTED project files and documentation.
-Undertake cashier duties for Gaza Office
Required Skills:
-University degree in economics, social studies or related field preferred
-Minimum 4 years experience with NGO/INGO preferably for psychosocial education or early childhood related projects
-Excellent computer skills including Excel
- Excellent English and Fluent Arabic
-Strong communication skills
-Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively
