Job Description
A USAID funded project based in Ramallah seeks to fill the following vacant position: Activities
ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR

Main tasks & responsibilities:
-Assist the technical team leaders in designing and holding trainings and other program activities.
-Manage logistics for all trainings and events (identifying locations, assisting with vetting for participants.
-Work closely with project staff on designing and implementing training events.
-Work with M&E and reporting specialists to provide input for regular and ad hoc reports and to monitor effectiveness of activities
-Implement additional duties as required by supervisor/s

Related Requirements, Education and Qualifications:
-Strong organizational skills required
-Previous work on USAID or other donor-funded projects highly preferred
-Strong communications and interpersonal skills and strong Arabic and English skills
-Ability to work independently
-Minimum of BA degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
