We are currently providing technical assistance to the Palestinian National Authority. The two-year project, entitled the ‘Public Sector Development Programme’, is funded by the British government, and aims to support the institutionalization of the Palestinian Reform and Development Plan 2008-10 and support the institutional development and reform of key Palestinian institutions. Please note this is a re-advertisement. Previous applicants need not apply We are now recruiting for the following full time positions:

Working alongside international consultants, you will be responsible for supporting the institutional development of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems and structures in the Ministry of Planning and the PNA. You will have proven capacity and experience in the areas of M&E, policy

and strategic planning and analysis as well as capacity building experience and relevant qualifications. Work will include capacity development and providing technical advice

on the development and application of practical tools and techniques to support the M&E process within the PNA.

All applicants are to be fluent in English and Arabic and should be determined,
confident and flexible individuals. Applicants must have knowledge and experience
of M&E systems and strong skills in facilitation, team building, and networking. Experience of working within a government environment is desirable, as is prior knowledge of the workings of the Palestinian National Authority.
