League of Vocational Education and Training Associations

TVET League, a Palestinian non-governmental, developmental organization, has been serving youth in Palestine since 2003, by building the capacity of its 15 members institutions, to provide high quality, market driven, educational and training service to Palestinians youth. The TVET League is implementing a USAID funded, School to Career (StC) Program in partnership with the International Youth Foundation (IYF) and Ministry of Education. The StC Program aims at enabling students to make informative decisions about their career path and their lives in general, through equipping students with needed employability’s skills, knowledge and attitudes to improve their future employability, job performance and economic opportunities.
The TVET League is currently seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of:

Admin and Finance Office Coordinator
Ramallah Office

Main Responsibilities:
-Oversee the implementation of TVET League’s administrative, financial and management policies and procedures.
-Responsible for general office duties and administration of all procurement contracts and payments of office expenses, supplies and stationery. other procured goods and services.
-Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
-Oversee TVET League administrative, HR, financial and personnel files..
-Oversee the procurement of goods/services and provide administrative and financial support to TVET League staff.
-Control and track assets and prepare regular financial/administrative reports.
-Assist program staff in implementing program’s activities (organizing workshops, training courses, field visits, conferences. career days).
-Support program staff and partners in monitoring and evaluation of program activities and in the preparation of M&E reports.

Required Qualifications:
-University degree in Accounting, Business, or other related fields;
-Working knowledge of Bisan Financial Management Software, preparation of  Balance Sheet and financial reports,
-Experience working for NGOs and knowledge of USAID procurement requirements is preferred.
-Excellent communication in English (verbal and written) is required.
-Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently/unsupervised and cooperatively with team members.
-Strong Multi-tasking, organizational, prioritization, interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, knowledge of Social Media is a plus).
