Admin Assistant

We’re looking for a highly skilled Admin Assistant to join our team in Ramallah, Palestine. The Admin Assistant will provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support:
- Managing schedules, booking appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Managing office operations:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Managing files and records, both paper and electronic, and ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Managing various office operations, such as maintaining office supplies, answering phone calls, handling mail, and managing files and records.
- Updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets, including client data, employee information, and financial records.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Assisting with project management:
- Drafting and proofreading documents, including memos, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as assisting in preparing reports, and assisting with project scheduling.
- Providing customer service:
- Answering questions as needed, greeting visitors, providing information, and resolving issues.
- Conducting research:
- Conduct research on various topics related to the consulting and services industry, including market trends, competitive analysis, etc.
- Supporting the team:
- Support the consulting and services team in various ways, such as preparing presentations, and organizing events.
- Other relevant duties as assigned by the management.

Special Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor/behavior and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively with clients and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Experience in a small business environment is a plus.
- Good understanding of business development and HR support services is plus and highly preferred.
Years of experience:
1- 3 Years of experience as an Admin Assistant.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a relevant field.
Ramallah, Palestine.
Languages Required:
Fluent in English & Arabic.
