We’re looking for a highly skilled Admin Assistant to join our team in Ramallah, Palestine. The Admin Assistant will provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Providing administrative support: 
  • Managing schedules, booking appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Managing office operations:
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Managing files and records, both paper and electronic, and ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Managing various office operations, such as maintaining office supplies, answering phone calls, handling mail, and managing files and records.
  • Updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets, including client data, employee information, and financial records.
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Assisting with project management: 
  • Drafting and proofreading documents, including memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as assisting in preparing reports, and assisting with project scheduling.
  • Providing customer service:
  • Answering questions as needed, greeting visitors, providing information, and resolving issues.
  • Conducting research: 
  • Conduct research on various topics related to the consulting and services industry, including market trends, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Supporting the team: 
  • Support the consulting and services team in various ways, such as preparing presentations, and organizing events.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Special Requirements & Skills: 

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  5. Professional demeanor/behavior and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively with clients and vendors.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  7. Experience in a small business environment is a plus.
  8. Good understanding of business development and HR support services is plus and highly preferred.

Years of experience:

1- 3 Years of experience as an Admin Assistant. 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a relevant field.

Ramallah, Palestine. 

Languages Required:
Fluent in English & Arabic.
