Job Description
Job Title: Admin/Finance Assistant
Location: Ramallah Office
Duration: Regular Term Appointment

Position Duties
Work closely with the Finance/Admin Officer to :
-Implement general clerical duties to include but not limited to: phone calls, photocopying,
faxing, mailing, and filing.
-Prepare correspondences for external publics.
-Maintain personnel issues, this includes: personal files, payroll data, and timesheet and benefit
administration, for staff.
-Maintain office files.

Personnel Requirements
-A university degree in Business administration ( Minor accounting is preferable)
-Good communication skills and team player.
-Fluent in Arabic and English languages, both required.
-Good computer skills.
-Able to work under pressure.
-A valid driving license.
