Admin Finance Officer

Job Description
ActionAid, an AusAID accredited NGO, are seeking qualified persons to the positions of Admin Finance Officer for the project entitled “Reaching Beyond the Wall (RBW)”. The post location will be Gaza & is contingent on the awarding of funding by the donor

Eligible applicants are required to have the following qualifications and skills:
-A bachelor degree in accounting or related subject.
-At least two years experience in office and human resources administration
-Strong experience in financial administration
-Experience developing the capacity of partner organization financial systems
-Good attention to details and strong organizational skills
-Excellent use of excel and word programs, as well as of e-mails and internet
-Demonstrated resourcefulness, integrity and cross-cultural qualities
-Experience working within a participatory and community based
-Excellent command of Arabic and English
-A deep commitment to ActionAid’s vision, mission and values
