Islamic Relief France/Secours Islamique France is a French based humanitarian international agency was founded in1992 assists the poorest people through its emergency relief, rehabilitation, development & child welfare programs in over 30 countries wherever humanitarian and social needs exist regardless the race, religion or gender.Secours Islamique France (SIF) invites application from qualified applicants for the following post:
Post Title : Admin / Human Resources Officer

Location: Gaza City
Duration: One Year Renewable
Department: Admin/Human Resources Division
The Admin / Human Resources Officer will be responsible for the provision of a wide range of administration /Human Resources management requirements in a professional and efficient manner
Candidates must possess the following competencies:
-University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field & equivalent work experience.
-3-5 Years of related experience with a INGOs or NGOs.
-Prior experience with administrative procedures, policies & staff management.
-Excellent report writing, communication organizational skills.
-Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Access & Internet.
-Commitment and sympathy to the plight of the poor and disadvantaged.
-Excellent written & spoken English as well as Arabic, French is a plus
-Broad knowledge & understanding of Islamic principles as they apply to development issues.
-Ability to work on own initiative as well as a part of a team.
-Energetic and able to work under stressful conditions meeting strict deadlines.
-Communication & negotiation skills.
-Planning & budgeting skills.
-Ability to move between West Bank & Gaza Strip.
