A hi-tech training center is looking for an experienced Admin Specialist at Rawabi/Ramallah to join our innovative and fast-paced environment.
We are looking for an organized, details-oriented and tecch-savy with a passion for supporting education and technology to contribute to the future of learning and growth.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Contact different stakeholders based on the need, reporting to management on a regular basis
  • Follow up with trainees, trainers, other stakeholders
  • Coordinating facilities, office maintenance, scheduling meetings and interviews
  • Help in social media campaigns and follow up with interested individuals

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • BA Degree in business administration or any related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field of administration management.
  • Excellent use of computer, Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in data management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to details, building and achieving targets, results-oriented.
  • Flexible and collaborative.
  • Experience in hi-tech sector, training is a big advantage.
