ACF (Action Against Hunger - Spain) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, nonpolitical,
non-denominational and non-profit making organisation working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002. ACF is recruiting for its Nablus office an
Administrator
For an initial 8 months period The candidate will:
-Office management tasks
-Prepare the monthly accountancy
-Manage the cash box
-Prepare monthly expenses follow-up
-Participate in budget preparation of proposals
-Maintain positive relations at technical level with local authorities if and when needed under the supervision of the Head of Base
-Translation work if needed
-Participate in writing the interim and final financial reports to donors Profile of the candidate:
-University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field
-Minimum 3 years of similar experience preferable within INGO
-Solid experience in finance and staff management
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
