How can you make a difference?
You will be joining a team of around 4,000 staff in the West Bank Field Office working to foster the human development of some 800,000 registered Palestine refugees.
The incumbent is responsible and shall report to the Project Manager of the Project “Construction of Cancer Treatment and Palliative Care Center at Al-Motala (Augusta Victoria) Hospital (AVH) in Jerusalem”.
The main responsibilities include:
In accordance with Agency policy and procedures, the incumbent:
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, take minutes of meetings when conducted with contractor and with AVH consultant.
- Keeps records and copies of all project related documents.
- Develop a dynamic project tracking sheet /data base which will be updated on regular bases to support the project’s Project Manager.
- Support the project manager when visits by donor representatives and other external interlocutors to the Projects.
- Develop and maintain a proper tracking system for all payments to and from the project.
- Check and ensure settlement of contractor's bills.
- Perform any other administration support as required.
Conditions of service Monthly basic salary JD781.40.

To qualify for this position, you will need:
Education University degree from a recognized university in business Administration, management, public administration, and Management Information System (MIS).
Work experience
Two years experience in administrative/ secretarial work.
Language(s)
Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
Additional Requirements:
Have a valid Israeli driving license to drive in Jerusalem.
Equivalency:
Candidates with an equivalent combination of relevant academic qualifications, professional training and progressive work experience may also be considered if there will not be enough qualified candidates.
