Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an independent humanitarian medical aid organization committed to two objectives: providing medical aid whenever needed, regardless of race, religion, politics or gender, and raising awareness of the plight of the people who helps. MSF is working in more than 70 countries all around the world.

MSF –Spain is carrying out a psychological support program with medical and social component. The aim is to provide short-term psychotherapy to people affected by violence and conflict.

MSF-Spain is currently seeking to hire a full time Administration Manager in Hebron for a maternity replacement for a period of three and a half months. This position is starting middle of November 2016.

Main activities:
-Perform the daily accountancy tasks, responsible for the cash journals, prepare the monthly accountancy closing.
-Perform payroll procedures.
-Anticipate cash needs in the monthly money order.
-Follow up of the budget.
-Follow up the HR issues of the staff: holidays, contracts…

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Business administration, accountancy or any other related field.
-Minimum working experience of 2 years in relevant and similar job.
-Arabic and English essential (both written and spoken).
-Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point.

Additional qualities desired:
-Previous experience with NGOs.
