Save the Children is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following vacancy in its Ramallah Office:
Administration Officer - Position#: (Admin/WB/2014)
The position is responsible to ensure the smooth administrative function and support of the Country Office to ensure quality delivery of services and compliance of Save the Children’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist HR, Support Services Senior Manger and contribute to development of administrative policies for Save the Children and ensure SC operations are in line with global SC policies and procedures
-Supervise Administration staff based in Ramallah office
-Ensure efficient services of front desk at Ramallah office
-Assist in the training, coaching and development of administrative skills in other staff members
-Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
-Provide administrative support to the field offices
-Maintain service contact with different service providers (i.e., hotel, venue, travel agent, etc.), including processing payments to vendor/service providers
-Maintain and update inventory records of SC office assets and equipment.
-Ensure proper maintenance of leased facilities
-Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of cash flow in petty cash
Qualifications and Experience:
-BA Degree in relevant field
-At least 3 years relevant working experience
-Ability to use standard office computer software including computerized accounting systems.
-Analytical and conceptual skills with experiences in administration areas
-Experience in Fleet management and procedures

-Good trouble shooting skills
-Good supportive supervision skills
-Good English communication skills
