The Terre des Hommes Foundation (lausanne) a Swiss-based internation non governmental organization dedictated to children assistance and protection is looking for an expereinced
Position: Administrative and Finance Officer
Location: Jerusalem Office with regular trips to Hebron Base.
Duration : 1 Year renewable
Main Tasks and responsibilities :
1- To coordinate and supervise administrative and finance department in collaboration with the administrative and logistic coordinator the Delegate and the field team.
2-To ensure than TDH administrative and finance procedures are followed at all time at the delegation and on the field base.
3- To ensure a rigorous and efficient accountancy management in relation with the administrative logistic coordinator and the delegate.
4- To ensure effective operation of all administrative matters from the administrative logistics coordinator and the Delegate and local authorities
5-To maintain up human resources data files and TDH staff regulation
6-To provide Timely and accurate finance reports to the Administrative and logisic Coordinator and he Delegate.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE :
1-Three to five years NGO experience in admonistrative and accountancy management position
2-University Graduated on accountancy/finance management ,labor law degree,administrative management.
3-Excellent computer skills (Word,Excell,and internet)
4-Ability to report and writeofficial letters.reports in English
5-Fluency in English ,Arabic and proficient in Hebrew.
6-Knowledge in SAGA will be valued.
PERSONAL QUALITIES REQUIRED :
1-Ability to be flexible and to work autonomously
2-Strong analaytical and organizational skills.
3-Good communication skills for team management and TDH representation.
4-Understanding,interest and commitment to Humanitarian activities.
