Arab Brothers; A 1st class Palestinian Construction and infrastructure group, located in Sanjar, Hebron, is seeking a highly qualified applicants to fulfill the following positions, based on the head office
Administrative and Financial Manager (ref: -7-)
Overall Responsibilities
To be responsible for the overall management and direction of finance & HR operations , including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and internal audit.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
-BA or MA in the field of accounting/financial management from an accredited University.
-Over 15 years of administrative and financial experience, with preferred experience in construction companies.
-Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and oral) with Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Bisan accounting software.
-Ability of Producing accurate financial reports, cash flows, & balance sheets, and formulating strategic and long-term business plans
-Ability to arrange & manage resources
-Procurement skills, including preparing suppliers and , subcontractors agreements and release agreements.
-Qualified Accountant(ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CCAB)
Work Location: Prime office
