AMIDEAST, an international non-profit organization based in USA and operates in the West Bank and Gaza, is seeking full-time qualified candidate for its USAID funded Model Schools Network (MSN) Program.
AMIDEAST is recruiting for the position of Administrative and HR Assistant to be based in its main office in Ramallah:

The Administrative and HR  Assistant is responsible for managing the administrative services of the MSN program, such as the day-to-day management of the office, operations support, logistics, managing petty cash and providing support to the Operations and Compliance Manager. This includes managing the procurement activities specific to internal office needs and maintaining a good filing system for the project, as well as assist in personnel and human resource matters.

Applicants should have the following credentials and experience:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or other relevant field;
-Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience;
-Proficiency in both Arabic and English;
-Experience with Microsoft Office applications – especially Excel and Word;
-Experience with USAID policy and regulations;
-Precise attention to details, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
