Jericho Agro Industrial Park CO. (JAIPCO) the developer of Jericho Agro Industrial Park (JAIP) the first of its kind multi-sectorial agricultural industrial city on over 615,000 square meters of land seeks highly qualified professional Administrative and Public Relations Officer at its office in Jericho to plan and oversee the company administrative tasks, marketing activities, public relations related tasks.

A successful candidate shall have great enthusiasm for administration and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate shall also be an excellent communicator and shall have experience in dealing with existed and potential tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Establish and maintain a well-documented filing system for company documents, letters, packages, and emails to facilitate easy retrieval and efficient record-keeping.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as drafting contracts and letters with precision and attention to details.
  • Assist in company's operations, procedures, policies, and administrative stuff to maintain organizational efficiency and compliance.
  • Serve as the focal point for communication needs and follow up on missions.
  • Regularly update and monitor staff leave and attendance, ensuring accurate data quality and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and review company contracts and amendments with tenants and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and adherence to legal standards.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Develop relationships with existing and potential investors, tenants, suppliers, and industry influencers through active communication and networking efforts.
  • Coordinate and attend promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and enhance brand awareness.
  • Contribute in the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for promotion and growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets, tenants’ preferences, and industry trends, and use the findings to refine marketing strategies.
  • Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, as well as planning and coordinating visits and collaboration with local and international parties.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven (3-5) years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Very good in spoken and written English.
