A Shareholding company investing in the energy sector is seeking to hire a professional for the following immediate position on fixed contract in its office in Ramallah, Palestine:

Administrative Assistance 

Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:

  • Follow HR Issues, Leave Requests, Vacations and others; 
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems;
  • Follow up procurement of office supplies, furniture and office equipment;
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system;
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying;
  • Maintaining and updating lists of contact persons and entities for reference; and Additional duties as might be requested.

Job Requirements

Education: BA in Business administration and/or other related fields.

Experience: 1-2 years related experience in similar positions.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in in using MS Application specially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point Applications;
  • Good command of English languages (verbal and written); and
  • Strong verbal and written skills, coordination, good telephone etiquette, ability to multi-task.
