Job Description
The USAID Competitiveness Project aims to strengthen the competitiveness and export potential in the areas of Agriculture and Agribusiness, Stone and Marble, and Tourism, and Information Technology. The project will provide technical assistance to business service organizations in these sectors to improve sales, income, and employment.

The USAID Competitiveness Project is seeking highly qualified professionals to fill immediate vacancies in the project’s Ramallah offices.
 
 
Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will be reporting directly to the Compliance Specialist, and providing support to staff members and, his/her responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
-Providing a broad range of administrative support functions to incubator staff and take responsibility for all office logistics.
-Supervising office operations such as machinery maintenance.
-Greeting guests, receiving and distributing phone calls and, coordinating for meetings.
-Assisting in workshop planning when needed.

Qualifications include:
-Have 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
-Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
-A bachelor degree is preferable
