Administrative Assistant
For an initial three months period
The Candidate will:
-Consolidate project documents through coordination with the bases and the logistics department
-Verify the documents based on the “Project Closing Checklist” for each project
-Classify all documents received by project
-Create an index per project and label all folders
-Create electronic archiving per project
-Write an individual report per project including details of the index produced
-Assist in preparing documents for external audit of projects
-Carry out other relevant administrative duties as requested by the supervisor
-Provide support to other departments if requested
Profile of the Candidate:
-BA degree in Business Administration or other relevant education. Archiving and documentation
related education is a plus.
-2 years of experience in administrative office work
-Knowledge of donor funding regulations and policies
-Ability to work under pressure, independently and with limited supervision.
-Excellent command of English, Arabic both written and oral.
-Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel).
-Pleasant personality and team player.
-Holder of Jerusalem Residence ID
