Administrative Assistant
Job Description
The USAID-funded Compete Project implemented by DAI aims to strengthen the competitiveness and export potential in the areas of Agriculture and Agribusiness, Stone and Marble, and Tourism, and Information Technology. The project will provide technical assistance to business service organizations in these sectors to improve sales, income, and employment.
For the Compete Project, DAI is seeking highly qualified candidate to fill immediate Administrative Assistant position in its office.
Responsibilities include:
The Administrative Assistant will be reporting directly to the Finance & Administration
Manager, and provide support to staff members and, his/her responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
-Providing a broad range of administrative support and take responsibility for all office logistics.
-Supervising office operations such as machinery maintenance.
-Greeting guests, receiving and distributing phone calls and, coordinating for meetings.
-Assisting in workshop planning when needed.
-Coordinate logistics for staff movements
-Assist to manage the COP’s schedule.
Qualifications include:
-Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a busy office environment.
-Ability to work under deadlines
-Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
-A bachelor degree or a secretarial diploma is preferable.
