Job Description
Ahleia Insurance Group, a dominant Insurance company in Palestine is looking urgently for an Administrative Assistant to work closely with theCorporate Development and Investment Manager in Ramallah

Key Responsibilities:
-A majority of the work will be translating documents, reports, and analyses from Arabic to English and vice versa
-Dynamic role encompassing administrative support duties and expanding into opportunities with greater responsibility including creating legal agreements, business development and project management.
-Executive administrative support
-Answering phones, prioritizing mail, filing, photocopying, exercising good judgment on all matters
-Maintaining multiple appointment calendars and coordinating meetings with senior management of the firm
-Coordinate with HR department regarding recruitment
-Organizing travel arrangements and itinerary
-Composing and preparing memos, emails and presentations
-Undertaking any assignment (data entry to financial analysis)
-Liaising with other department assistants and providing backup when necessary
Key Qualifications / Qualities:
-Major or Minor in English
-Expert English/Arabic language skills
-Resolute work ethic
-Efficient / Quick Learner
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
