Summary of Position:
This is an excellent opportunity to grow with the leading geothermal heating and cooling provider in the region, as an administrator.
Key Qualifications:
• BS in Business Administrative Studies or related degree.
• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in international professional business setting.
• Excellent English & Arabic Language translation skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment, and under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance to MENA team to ensure effective and efficient business operations and administrative management.
• Manage office tasks; filing (hard and soft copy) to maximize utilization; compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, meeting agendas and other documents; handling of incoming and outgoing mail; maintaining calendar of events and appointments; assist in preparing for presentations; arranging programs, events, conferences and travel plans.
• Translate press releases, and other documents.
• Work cooperatively with others by understanding and anticipate
needs of coworkers and/or clients to meet and exceed their expectations.
