Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ramallah.
Job Description
-General office management, including but not limited to devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
-Screening phone calls and inquiries, and handling them when appropriate
-Organizing and maintaining calendars and making appointments
-Handling incoming email, faxes, and post, and corresponding on behalf of senior management
-Meeting and greeting visitors
-Arranging travel and accommodations for senior management
-Taking dictation and meeting minutes
-Carrying out background research and presenting findings
-Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
-Organizing and attending meetings, while helping senior management be prepared
Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years of administrative experience providing support to executive-level managers
-Language proficiency in English and Arabic is required
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
-Must be extremely professional, very sharp, and outgoing
-Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Effective at multi-tasking with a “can do” attitude
-A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline is a plus
