Administrative Assistant
The Young Women’s Christian Association in Ramallah (YWCA) was established in 1985 to respond to the ever-increasing needs of the Ramallah community for the quality services the YWCA has been offering for the youth, women and children. The YWCA of Ramallah has been running a Vocational Training Center (VTC) since 2001; offering a ten-month Vocational Diploma in Office Management and two newly launched four-month professional Diplomas in Event Management and Customer Relations Management.
The Office Management program has been progressively developed to meet the emergent needs of the young men and women who are seeking immediate employment after graduation.
