Job Title: Part time Administrative Assistant

Job purpose
To assist the management (Program Director - PD, Artistic Director - AD).
Office management and logistics.
                                                  
Duties and responsibilities

-Managing office logistics.
-Collecting clowns reports and checking them to be signed by PD and AD.
-Keep track of petty cash.
-Organize clown meetings for organizational and feedback issues.
-Organize workshops and auditions in coordination with AD.
-Organize meetings with hospitals, companies, and organizations.
-Assist AD in organizing the training and educational training.
-Assist PD with PR activities.
-Assist PD in writing texts, collecting data, and stories.
-Assist PD in FR activities.
-Assist PD in managing the Social Media channels.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications to hold this position:

-Holding / studying BA in Business Administration, accounting, management or any related field.
-Good computer skills (MS office, Archiving).
-Good communication skills.
-Good organizational skills.
-Flexibility.
-English fluency.
-The ability to work with multi-cultural environment.

Working conditions

It is an office in based part time job in Bethlehem, with requirement to travel around the West Bank when needed.
