Administrative Assistant - Bethlehem
Responsibilities:
-Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls -to appropriate individuals
-Receive visitors to the office, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs in a professional and polite manner
-Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems.
-Check the e-mails received and forward them without delay to the appropriate persons.
follow up with attendance of the staff and trainees according to the schedules and and the adherence to the company policies and procedures.
-provide both clerical and administrative support to Editor in Chief and Administrative Director.
-Other tasks as needed as instructed by management
Required qualifications and skills:
-Diploma in Secretary
-Arabic / good English oral and written skills
-Ability to work on both day and night shifts
-strong organisational skills
-the ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
-the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
-oral and written communication skills
-tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
-a pleasant, confident telephone manner
-reliability and honesty
