Location East Jerusalem office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing contracts.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Follow up with customers and suppliers.
  • Filing contracts, insurance & licenses.
  • Maintain and update contact details of customers & suppliers.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

Job Requirements

Skills and experience:

Minimum requirement.

  • Diploma in office management or any other related field.
  • Very good in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge in Hebrew language is an asset.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Knowledge in MS office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
  • Valid Driving license.
