Administrative Assistant
Job Description
CHF microfinance program –Ryada that operates in the Palestinian Territories seeksto hire an Administrative Assistant in its Head Office in Ramallah

Administrative Assistant will be responsible to provide logistical and administrative support to the Head office and any other administrative requirements.
Responsibilities:
1-Assist in preparation of reports and loan documentation
2-Assist in follow-up with the Banks and other partners
3-Manage mail to/from office.
4-Maintain office facility and office equipment and report on any maintenance
5-Maintain a filing system.
6-Assist the finance in issuing transfers, compiling supporting documents and filing.
7-Follow up on procurements for the head office & branches to ensure complaints with procedures
Qualifications:
1-B.A degree in Business Administration or other related field with two years of experience
2-Very good knowledge of computer applications such as Ms Excel,Word,PowerPoint,Access.
3-Excellent typing skills both in Arabic and English.
4-High organizational skills.
5-English language is a must
6-Should be a motivated ,self-starter and has the ability to work within a team.
7-Present a good appearance ,and deal well under pressure.
