Title: Administrative Assistant (HR, Procurement, Logistics and Communication)

Place: QADER Office, Beit Jala

Period: 1 Year contract with high possibility for permanent contract

Starting date: As soon as possible

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Officer, the Administrative Assistant will assist in planning, management, and oversight of specific administrative processes at QADER, mainly procurement, contracts management, human resource management, and other administrative and logistical support processes.

Key Task & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support in the planning and implementation of QADER activities and events.
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of procurement procedures (preparation of solicitation documents, communicating with vendors, preparation of contracts/Purchase orders, and monitoring the implementation of contracts).
  • Identify the organization’s needs of stationery and office supplies and carry out the procurement process.
  • Follow up the staff’s vacations and leaves, provide support on the staff timesheets monitoring, documentation, and filing.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, scheduling meetings, answer phone calls.,…etc.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At Least 1 year of previous relevant experience
  • Good oral and writing communication skill, both in English & Arabic.
  • High planning & organizing skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Application (Work, Excel, Power Point…)
  • High skills in photography, management of social media platforms, and mobile press is a plus.
