Solutions for Development Consulting Company is seeking qualified candidates for the
following position:
Administrative Assistant
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
1-Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2-Meet and greet clients and visitors.
3-Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
4-Process payment requests.
5-Perform general clerical duties including: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
6-Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
7-Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex packages.
8-Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
9-Follow up with office main suppliers when needed.
10-Coordinate and maintain records for staff, office space, phones, and office keys.
11-Setup and coordinate meetings.
12-Administer employees’ leave record and benefits
13-Provide administrative support to Human Resource Department
14-Support staff in assigned project based work.
15-Setup accommodation arrangements for company visitors
16-Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
1-BA or Diploma in relevant field
2-At least 2 years experience in relevant position
3-Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
4-Positive attitude and strong personality
5-Excellent Computer skills
6-Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times
