Administrative Assistant

Job Description
the Dead Sea & Aghwar Development Company is seeking to fill Administrative Assistant position to be based at its office in Ramallah

Responsibilities :
1-Prepare type and edit correspondence,reports,and other documents in Arabic and English
2-Coordinate office activities and schedules,develop and recommend Development procedures and systems to ensure smooth office operations
3-Receive and forward telephone inquiries and provide general information to clients suppliers and others.
4-Attend department meeting and other meetings and produce and distribute accurate minutes of meeting and agenda in both arabic and English
5-Setup and maintain a system of archieving documents

Minimum Qualifications :
-B.A Business Administration ,English ,arabic or any other related field
-Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
-Experience in Public Relations is an asset
-Excellent computer skills,including advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word,Excel,and powerpoint)
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
-Patient,able to work under pressure and felxibility in working extended hours ,when needed
