Administrative Assistant

Job Description
The Belgian Development Agency (BTC), implementing Belgium Direct Bilateral Projects in the Palestinian Territories, is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant for its office in Jerusalem.

The Administrative Assistant duties shall mainly consist of:
-Schedule of meetings, workshops and conferences;
-Attend telephone calls, performing receptionist duties;
-Timely register and filing all incoming and out-going documents;
-Maintaining up-to-date filing system.
-Supervise maintenance of office equipment and premises;
-Make necessary arrangements for BTC missions and consultants (hotel, transport, reservation, meetings etc. - assisting with travel arrangements);
-Develop and implement the communication plan of the Representation.
-Manage the flow of information between the Representation and Brussels Head Office.
-In charge of internal and external communications, between the representation and its projects, counterparts and Head Office.

Qualifications :
-Relevant Diploma is required.
-Minimum five years relevant experience, preferably in international organizations.
-Excellent command of English language. Hebrew and French are plus.
-Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
-Proven knowledge and experience in daily office management
(Filing, registration, scanning, translation, and writing skills)
