Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  5. Professional demeanor/behavior and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively with clients and vendors.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  7. Experience in a small business environment is a plus.
  8. Good understanding of business development and HR support services is plus and highly preferred.

Years of experience:

1- 3 Years of experience as an Admin Assistant.

Shoafat, Jerusalem. 

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & Hebrew
