Requirements:

-Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
-Excellent in English (oral/written).
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Excellent command in Microsoft Office Applications.
-Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and working hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Manage office tasks: answer phone calls, filing, and photocopying.
-Type memos, correspondences, reports, and other documents.
-Present the company and its services in a highly effective manner to current and potential customers.
-Collect and distribute mail and messages.
-Build and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential clients.
-Direct caller to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon.
