Job Description
South African Representative Office is hiring an Administrative Clerk in Ramallah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs Secretarial duties,
- Support the maintenance of Mission accounts,
- Control of stock, inventories and purchases,
- Assists in the preparation of annual estimates of expenditure, budget maintenance and inventory controls.
- Renders administrative support to Mission Committees as and when required, and
- Ensures service delivery in accordance with the principles of Batho Pele.

Job Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years' schooling is required PLUS 3 years' experience as an Administrative Clerk or Accountant with administrative experience,
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Familiarity with office organisation and optimisation of techniques,
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Englis, Arabic and Hebrew language,
- Kindly note that, confirmation of your appointment is subject to a valid police clearance from the Palestinian and Israeli Authorities, and if required, a medical examination.
