Palestine Information and Communications Technology Incubator (PICTI), Palestine Business and Innovation Centre (BIC) is an independent Palestinian organization, based in Ramallah with a branch in Gaza. PICTI is seeking energetic and talented individual with strong administrative and communication skills to fill the position of “Administrative & Finance Assistant” at its headquarters in Ramallah. [One Vacancy / Full Time]. He/she should have good experience in administrative tasks, logistics and Finance assistance.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare monthly closing payments and reconciliations.
-Manage and control petty cash.
-Prepare financial information, including budgets, reporting and analysis.
-Liaise with local banks.
-Initiate office purchase orders and follow up on the implementation.
-Provide advice to staff on PICTI rules, regulations and procedures.
-Collaborate with and support other staff members, including those in the Gaza sub-office.
-Coordinate with the Regional Office on administrative and financial issues.
-Do correspondence, reports and other documents, and maintain office files.
-Perform general clerical and receptionist duties to include but not limited to: answering telephones, photocopying, and filing.
-Coordinate meetings, and perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
-A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, MIS, or in a related field.
-At least 2 years of increasingly responsible experience in the field of admin and PR works.
-Excellent financial and numeric skills, with high attention to details.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong personal and interpersonal communications skill.
-Well organized and methodical approach to tasks and responsibilities.
-Very good in oral and written English.
-Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle stress
-Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook and Power Point
