Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- - Execute administrative and legal related tasks, under the supervision of the General Manager.
- - Carry out all accounting tasks and activities related to General Manger Office to ensure strict control of all expenditures and the reliability of statements and documentation.
- - Support in translating documents into local language.
- - To perform administrative and secretarial duties, arrange meetings, arrange accommodations and flights reservations, file documents, filing systems, both electronically and as hard copies and recorded data in appropriate database and files.
- - Manage the General Manager’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- - Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and maintain data security.
- - Receive, forward and prioritize phone calls to the Office of the General Manager.
- - Manage and maintain all projects status, Prepare and submit timely project progress reports
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, public administration, Management Information System (MIS). or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in senior administrative roles or executive office management.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken),Hebrew considered as a plus .
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with all management levels.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to details.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
