JOB VACANCY
The Foundation Terre des hommes – Lausanne, a Swiss-based international non governmental organization dedicated to children’ assistance and protection, is looking for an experienced
Position: Administrator/ Logistician
Location: Gaza Office.
Duration: 1 year.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the Field coordinator’s supervision and in collaboration with the field team, the Administrator/ Logistician is responsible:
-To ensure a rigorous and efficient administrative management in accordance with Tdh
Standards and Procedures.
-To ensure daily implementation and management of HR procedures for the Gaza office
and projects.
-To ensure general and efficient logistics support to the operational programme teams
and the Gaza office in accordance with Tdh Logistics Standards and Procedures.
-To provide timely and accurate finance and logistic reports to the Field coordinator.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES:
At least 3 years INGO experience in administrative, accountancy and logistic management
position.
-University graduated on accountancy / finance management, Labor law degree, administrative management
-Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and other).
-Good writing and reporting skills. Ability to write official letters.
-Fluency in English, Arabic as other tongue.
-Knowledge in SAGA is an asset.
PERSONAL QUALITIES REQUIRED:
-Ability to be flexible, cooperative and to work autonomously.
-Strong analytical and organizational skills.
-Good communication and training skills for team management and TDH representation
-Understanding, interest and commitment to humanitarian activities.
