Job Description


Job Title: Administrator/Logistician
Implementing organizations: AlKamandjati and Terre des hommes Italy
Location: Ramallah office and some field work
Starting date: 1st week of February

Requirements:

1-University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field
2-Minimum 3 years of similar experience preferable within INGO
3-Solid experience in finance and staff management
4-Experience in EU-funded project procedures
5-Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Internet)
6-Excellent communication and organizational skills
7-Fluent in English and Arabic
8-Ability to work in a team and under pressure
9-Valid driving license

Main tasks:
-Perform office management tasks
-Prepare the monthly accounts
-Manage the cashbook
-Prepare the monthly expenses
-Manage local staff taxes, leaves and health insurance
-Participate in the procurement process for all goods and services required for the project
-Translate administrative documents if needed
-Manage project equipment and update inventory
-Contribute, with support from other project staff, to the preparation of all public events related to the action (trainings, workshops, concerts etc) and
ensure the visibility of the project
-Contribute to plan staff movements and follow up the security situation in all project areas
