POSITION STATUS: Open 
REPORTS TO: Enrollment and Admissions Manager
GENERAL PURPOSE:
 
The Admissions Advisor role is to support and guide the applicants throughout the application process. They are the applicants’ only contact person in the University. The serve as a “One Stop Shop” for the applicants as they answer all of their questions and assist them in every step of the way of the admissions process. 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Utilizes the University Catalog, as well as admissions policies and procedures to perform tasks. 
  • Provides guidance, support, and addresses inquiries from applicants and prospective applicants.
  • Directs applicants throughout the financial aid process, as needed.
  • Advise and assist prospective students from all over the world through the University admission process using online messaging and email
  • Updates applicants’ records according to admissions processing policy and practices.

REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Fluent in Arabic  – write, speak and read 
  • Proficient in English
