Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on social media advertising and digital ad platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing ads across Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and Google Ads. Knowledge of SEO strategies is essential, as you’ll play a key role in driving online visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies for various social media and search platforms tailored to specific business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform ad strategies and identify target audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, and analytics) to plan effective ad campaigns.
Ad Creation and Management:
Design, launch, and manage ad campaigns across Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads.
Craft compelling ad copies, visuals, and video content that align with brand messaging and appeal to the target audience.
A/B test various ad formats, messaging, and audience segments to improve performance.
SEO Optimization:
Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and complement paid advertising efforts.
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and website audits to improve search engine rankings.
Monitor and adjust SEO strategies based on analytics and trends.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI.
Generate and present detailed reports on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, and ad platform dashboards) to drive data-informed decision-making.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage ad budgets across various platforms to maximize returns.
Monitor spend and adjust bidding strategies to meet performance targets and budget constraints.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on paid social and search advertising.
Proficiency in Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Exceptional analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and identifying trends.
Strong communication skills and ability to create persuasive ad copy and content.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of retargeting strategies, customer segmentation, and journey mapping.
Experience with video editing or design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for ad creatives.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related platforms are a plus.
